The last 2 days we had a typhoon come through our area. Really it was alot of wind and rain. When I say wind and rain, I mean ALOT of wind and rain! Some of the time the rain was raining like sidways...it was really cool. Most of the time we were kind of bored, but we played in the garage with our scooters and my skateboard, so that was fun.
Last night we had to go to bed without power so that the generator would be ok. My dad said it wouldn't be safe to leave it running while we were sleeping in case it ran out of gas or something. It was ok though.
This morning when we came home from church we saw this:
This is one of our play things from the yard (it is upsidedown in this picture). It used to be the house for our puppies, but now we use it for a play house. When we had family camp, they put ropes inside to make like an obstacle course through it. This play house was sitting in our yard and this morning it was on the other side of the fenced wall. The wall is about 6 feet tall! That was some pretty strong wind cause it picked the house up & threw it over the wall...that is crazy!

It is very good to hear that you all made it through the 1st Typhoon of the season safe & sound. That WAS some strong wind to move the playhouse that far - WOW!
Jared thanks for keeping a blog. Glad you all were safe! I saw the wind blowing the trees on the web cam while talking to Karissa the other day. It was strong wind-I can't believe it blew the play house overthe fence! Keep up the blog writing. I enjoy them. Thanks, Trina
